We keep the information we ask for to a minimum. Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect:

• Quote request information: pickup and delivery locations, vehicle details (year, make, model), and your preferred shipping date. An email address is required so we can send your quote. A phone number is optional — if you provide one, see Section 4 below for how we may use it.
• Communications: if you email or call us, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can assist you.
• Automatically collected information: like most websites, we use analytics tools (Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics) that automatically collect information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages visited, and how you found the Site. This information is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

• To prepare and send your auto transport quote by email.
• To contact you by phone or text about your quote or shipment, if you provided a phone number (see Section 4).
• To coordinate your shipment with the carrier assigned to your pickup and delivery once you book with us.
• To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it, using aggregated analytics data.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

The only time we share your information with an outside party is:

• With the carrier assigned to your shipment — once a carrier is assigned to pick up and deliver your vehicle, we share the details necessary for them to complete the job (such as pickup/delivery locations, vehicle information, and contact information).
• With service providers who help us run the Site — such as our hosting provider and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics), who process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• When required by law — for example, to comply with a subpoena, court order, or similar legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NEXLogistix, our customers, or others.

Providing a phone number on our quote form is optional. If you choose to provide one, you agree that NEXLogistix and/or its representatives may call or text you at that number regarding your quote, shipment, and related customer service — including using an autodialer or pre-recorded/artificial voice messages.

Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing our services. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP,” or opt out of calls by telling us directly or emailing us at the address in Section 10.

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, time on Site, and general location. This helps us see what’s working and improve the experience for future visitors.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect some features of the Site, but you can still request a quote without cookies enabled.

We keep quote and communication information for as long as needed to respond to your request, complete a booked shipment, and meet our recordkeeping, accounting, and legal obligations. We remove information we no longer have a legitimate business reason to keep.

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by contacting us using the information in Section 10. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example, California, Colorado, or other state privacy statutes). We will respond to verified requests consistent with applicable law.

NEXLogistix does not sell personal information and does not knowingly engage in targeted advertising using visitors’ personal information as those terms are defined under state privacy laws.

The Site is intended for adults seeking auto transport services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as carrier resources or industry associations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
