What If the Truck Can't Reach My Door?
Most car carriers are full-size semi-trucks that can stretch 75 feet or more. In most neighborhoods that's no problem — but some streets simply aren't built for a truck that size.
When your driver can't safely or legally reach your exact address, they'll call ahead and arrange to meet you at a nearby open area — usually a large parking lot at a grocery store, shopping center, or school — just for that last short stretch.

Do I have to be present for pickup and delivery?
